今年で4回目を向えるgコンテンツ・ワールド2007。時空間情報のトレンドや最新の取り組みをご紹介するイベントとして、毎年各方面よりご好評頂いております。

今回はSVG（スケーラブルベクタグラフィックス）の世界的なイベントであるW3CのSVG Open2007と共同開催を予定しており、時空間情報に関連した幅広い可能性をご提供するイベントとしてプログラムを企画しています。

国際的なイベントとのコラボレーションによる、より効果的な普及啓蒙と、検索＋ｇコンテンツ、ｇコンテンツ＋デジタルアースなどの今 注目されるテーマの基調講演。また「gコンテンツ革命」の出版を記念し、時空間情報ビジネスにおけるトップランナーの方々の講演の開催を予定しております。併設での展示会等とあわせて、時空間ビジネスの最新情報を提供させて頂く予定です。

This year marks the 4th gContents World Conference. Roughly defined, gContents refers to geo-enabled contents or content data. The gConents World Conference will introduce you to the newest spatio-tempral information trends and initiatives taking place in Japan. This year the gContents Consortium is pleased to hold the 4th gConents World Conference in conjunction with the 2007 SVG Open event. There is a signification amount of synergy between the two complementary conferences and attendees can freely participate in both conferences on September 6th and 7th respectively. As reflected in the gConents keynote presentation by Dr. Hiromichi Fukui of Keio University, this international event encourages collaboration and provides and opportunity to learn more about geo-enabled contents. Each of the two days, eight presentations about gConents innovation and spatio-temporal business trends will be given by prominent leaders in the field. All of the gConents World presentations will have simultaneous translation between Japanese and English.
